  •  Evaluate estimates and submit service proposals, repair in accordance with profit targets
  • Be aware of local conditions and competitive conditions.
  • Make price adjustments to existing contracts in order to maintain a positive margin in accordance with the Business Plan.
  • Assist in preparing for Sales Service forecast as desired.
  • Prepare proposals for service, repair on request from customers.
  • Understand customer needs and fulfill them.
  • Consistently following company procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with price changes submitted to customers, contract agreements and service order status.
  • Work in accordance with the targets provided and be able to adjust to the number of jobs and ready to work outside working hours if at any time necessary.
  • Doing work in accordance with the company's code of ethics
  • Maintain and develop steps to be undertaken in performing all tasks and processes related to job responsibilities; In detail and in writing.
 
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, reporting and presentation skills,
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English is advantage, and Manadarin/Hokkien is a plus
  • Result oriented & able to solve problems
  • Self motivated, positive attitude, open and attentive to clients/customers
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to travel
  • Passion to learn, hard-working, acquire the objective and aligned with company’s vision and policy & procedures
  • Eyes on the details
