Duties & responsibilities;
 
 
  • Work to improve productivity of repair
  • Mentoring employee and include leading by example
  • Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets, prepare and update report regularly
  • Implementing and enforcing company regulations
  • Improve customer relations and after sales services by ensuring to address complaints within area,      provide suggestion and resolve problems
  • Involve actively in team effort through routine communication with other department
 
Requirements :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
