We are an International company providing Third Party Medical Claims Administration (TPA Services) and International Medical Assistance (IMA Services) to insurance companies and corporate clients.

Human Resources, Legal & Compliance Manager Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Prepares Employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of Employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline Employees; scheduling management conferences with Employees; hearing and resolving Employee grievances; counseling Employees and Supervisors.
  • Maintains Employee benefits programs and informs Employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Manpower Act No.13 Year 2003, and any amendment thereof and any other relevant statutory Acts which may be subsequently passed by the Ministry of Labor from time to time; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records, as well as department reports.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning Employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training Employees.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining Employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Handling Corporate legalization issues with third parties
  • Oversee business development related to Agreements
  • Propose business process review
  • Represent Company in the event of a judicial matter
  • To prepare, develop and revise policies and procedures to prevent illegal and unethical behavior
  • Develop and supervise system to uniform management of violations
  • Act as independent observers to ensure that compliance issues within the organization are properly evaluated, investigated and resolved
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities and compliance risks
  • Provide Management Report regarding operation and progress of compliance efforts and performance and take appropriate steps to improve effectiveness
  • Establish and provide management and direction of compliance hotlines
  • To develop effective compliance training program
Human Resources, Legal & Compliance Manager Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management/Law
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in HR
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in one of the following:
    • Human resources
    • Organizational behavior
    • Management and leadership
    • Industrial relations
  • Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Employment Law, Organization
  • Able to prepare budgeting by considering the effectiveness and cost efficiency
  • Capability to plan Employee competency development programs
  • Plan the development of compensation system with consideration of labor competitiveness factor
  • Understand business and industry laws that applicable within companies and industries both national and international
  • Understanding ISO 9001
  • Professional certification for human resource managers and HR Certification will be advantaged.
  • Have sufficient experience in the related field
