Assisting the Country Marketing Head, you will be key person in driving marketing functions focused on digital/ social media platforms to drive consumer engagement, brand loyalty and market share.

You would preferably have expertise and experience in executing digital marketing via consumer and media trends and analytics, social media, engaging bloggers and influencers, and some understanding about CRM.
  • End-to-end marketing campaign management support to Marketing Head:
    • Key point of contact for all brand assets and management.
    • Timeline and project management with relevant functions.
    • Cross function coordination and communications.
    • Lead development of local campaign in support of the global campaign strategy.
    • Post campaign report and analysis.
  • Drive brand awareness and customer loyalty via digital marketing.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns towards interactive engagement of consumers.
  • Digital outreach with media, other businesses or partnerships to drive brand market share.
  • Maximizing CRM & consumer insights, trends and analytics to drive digital marketing.
  • Marketing  campaign budget management; value and ROI analysis.
  • Provide timely reporting and marketing operations support to Country Marketing Head.
  • Event management -  Leading and execute event management and coordination for smaller event. Lead, manage and monitor event execution with the help of event organizer and other third party agencies.
  • Degree in Marketing with at least 8 years working experience in related function.
  • Good understanding of consumer marketing in a fast pace retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a group of agencies, aligning strategy with  functional teams within marketing and  collaborating with other functions.
  • Experience in utilizing digital and social media platforms for marketing, including engaging bloggers, key influencers, etc.
  • Exhibits ability in analyzing data from market and consumer trends.
  • Meticulous and ability to multi-task in a fast paced retail environment.
  • Team player and good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and persuasiveness skills.
  • Enterprising skill - demonstrating a capacity for independent work and creative and innovative thinking, with sound business and commercial  sense.
  • Oragnized and practical - good in prioritization and time management.
