In this newly created company, this key management position is to develop a healthy business in the Fleet management industry on the Indonesian market
 
The future Sales Manager will work closely with a remote Management Team in Europe and will build his own Sales Team tailored on the market needs. 
Together with the superior Manager based in Indonesia & Europe, the new candidate will set goals, establish trainings for the team, develop and manage sales representatives to achieve stated goals and obtain expected quotas. 
 
The ideal candidate will have success in leading, managing, coaching, and training sales team members in selling, closing and building rapport quickly with customers. He/She will also be asked to work with high degree of autonomy, attention to detail and accuracy. He/she will also have to ensure the initial operational duties of the newly established company which are a very important part of the business process acknowledgement.
 
The position reports directly to the COO and requires 5-10% overnight travel allowing you to meet with your managers in Europe and clients in the region of SE ASIA in case of need.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop forecasts and be accountable to meet sales targets
  • Ensure team's daily, weekly, monthly sales objectives are achieved
  • Hire, coach and develop sales/support team
  • Develop new sales processes that increase revenue and profitability
  • Seeking out and directing new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plan to advance and finalize new business for the company.
  • Developing, managing, and nurturing new business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and profit goals.
  • Work closely with executive management and marketing team in Europe
  • Networking
 
 Qualifications include:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Marketing, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Proven track record in developing new business (B2B type)
  • Previous experience in Telecom area (M2M) is a great plus
  • Minimum 5 years successful business-to-business sales experience
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experience in the recurring monthly revenue business type is preferred
  • Experience with complex sales processes
  • Active listener, flexible and tenacious
  • Excellent coaching and motivational skills
  • Excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills
  • Self-motivation; and the proven ability to be independent, organized and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams.
  • Good work ethic
  • Strong collaboration & interpersonal skills for successful delivery of strategic objectives while working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to establish priorities and multi-task effectively to deliver high quality results while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Capability to be detail-oriented with the proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data and anticipate senior leadership needs based on brief directives to produce impactful ad hoc reports upon request.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience working from a remote office and use of CRM – Salesforce proficiency a strong plus
  • Clean driving record
