Job Description :


  • Work with Reward Head to lead the evaluation of Compensation & Benefit structures/Designs/policies to ensure market competitiveness with regard to the Company Compensation & Benefit Philosophy that support Company's objectives, while ensuring internal and external compliance

  • Lead the establishment of the Compensation and Benefits Policies and Procedures

  • As part of Comben team, act as a trusted expert advisor while (but not limited to)

  • Partnering with HR Generalists, business, regional, and global team for all inquiries related to Compensation & Benefit, including market benchmarking, market insights, data provisions, and MIS related inquiry

  • Partnering with HR Generalists to Manage end-to-end Year End Review on compensation covering Promotion, Bonus Recommendation Review, and Salary Increase, including distribution of communication to (but not limited to) assigned business

  • Partnering with HR Generalists to evaluate, give advisory for SIP, to guide the SIP governance and compliance at country level

  • Act as PIC/ Regional contact for the assigned business

  • To Lead, and/or as team member for ad hoc Local & Regional/Global projects such as Collective Labor Agreement Negotiation, Salary & Benefit Market Bench marking Study, Citi Gratitude, Citi Workday, and other related Comben projects as per team's KPI/ annual objectives

  • Administer, review, and manage employee benefit programs such as Staff Life and Medical Insurances, Staff Loans (Housing, Car, and Other Loans), and Pension Fund among others, include managing the bidding process and vendor managements

  • Assume the role of Committee in Citibank, N.A. Pension Fund

  • Pose as Country Mobility Coordinator/ PIC, with Role and Responsibility referring to Mobility Segregation of Duties

 
 

Qualifications / Experience Require:


  • Hold a Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experiences

  • High language proficiency in English

Technical/Specialist skills/competencies required in this role:


  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Great understanding of local employment related laws and regulations, Compensation and Benefit practices/ market references, sound knowledge of Indonesia's economic situation

  • Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR practices, policies, procedures and tools and able to propose application options to align with Company's objectives

  • Experiences in managing different HR processes, including year-end, off-cycle compensation, critical vendor management processes, etc.

  • Advanced Presentation skill

Must be a strong team contributor (to both the HR and business teams):


  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa with the ability to liaise with high levels/ key stakeholders

  • Negotiation and influencing skills to maintain constructive relationship with major external contacts, including regulators, officials, advisor and counterparts

  • Great sensitivity of information confidentiality

  • Good Team work with ability to work independently
