Executive –Customer Service
Based: Kuala Lumpur
The Position
The Executive-Customer Service will be required to make outbound calls and answer SMS/emails from customers pertaining to the scheduling of home cleaning services.

The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English and Dutch.

The Requirements for the Role:
• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 23 years old and above.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and NATIVE Dutch.
• Contact Centre operating days    : Monday –Sunday
• Contact Centre Hours                  : 9am-6pm (Netherlands time).
• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
• Dynamic, highly motivated and a result – oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment
The Package:-
• Attractive Salary.
• Housing allowance is RM500.
• The probation period is 3 months.
• Once you have been confirmed in your position, you will be entitled to a performance related bonus on a quarterly basis,
   based on individual performance and management discretion.
• The work permit will be organized and paid by the company.
• Annual Leave is  15 days.
• Medical Leave is 14 days.
• Medical and Hospitalization coverage.
