Caswell’s installed a rotary drum roaster in their newest store in Ampera, South Jakarta and experimented with traditional roasting techniques, explored the complex flavors intrinsic to different Arabica beans and blending to create our unique coffees and signature blends. In 2003, Caswell’s Coffee had also installed another rotary drum roaster in their outlet at Jimbaran, Bali.
One of the stores which located in Jalan Ampera Raya, South Jakarta becomes one stop coffee spot for those who love coffee. It has Caswell's Coffee Lab, Roastery and Coffee and Machine Store provides the ideal place to learn about and taste different coffees from around the world. Caswell's Coffee is proud to continue its ongoing support for Indonesia's specialty coffee industry. Now having been successfully certified as a SCAA Campus, Caswell’s (Jakarta) is licensed to host both internationally recognised, SCAA Pathway Programs and also the Q Grader Certification Course designed by Coffee Quality Institute (CQI). As well as Basic Trainings such as Barista Training, Cupping, and Pre-Q Course.
Our goal is to provide the best service and products on the market. To fulfil this vision we conduct quality control of our products through cupping regularly and provide continuing education and training for our staff and the baristas.

The second critical component to produce great coffee is the Espresso Machine. One made of high quality materials which controls, water temperature and pressure for the optimum espresso extraction constantly in a commercial operation.
Caswell’s has been the sole distributor of the Italian made, Rancilio machines and worked closely with Rancilio headquarters to drive the sales of Rancilio’s semi-automatic and Egro super automatic machines in Indonesia.

Finally, the human element “The Barista”. Only skilled, trained staff in the art of coffee making should be behind an espresso machine. Our certified staff and award winning barista team has a passion for great coffee and we want to pass on to you the insights we have gained about how to make the perfect cup.   • To maximize sale volumes and revenues and meet company's objectives.
  • Conduct sale calls and customer follow-up including, telephone, on-site and off-site meetings, with regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and manage their needs and expectations.
  • Negotiate and draw-up sale or service contracts including prices, after-sales customer service agreements, guarantees and delivery schedules with customers.
  • Provide technical services and training to customers, when required, relating to the use, operation, and maintenance of company's products and equipment. Co-ordinating the provision of technical training to employees of customers when required.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with the customers, offering products and services and manage co-operative selling and marketing efforts.
  • Implement of pricing structures and marketing strategies to attract greater sales volume and manage target sales.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
