Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
  • Identify new sales opportunities in new accounts and or within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients
  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
  • Responsible for Sales Activities (Creating & Following Up Lead, Presentation, Quotation, Closing, and Post Sales)
  • Providing excellent customer service, retaining client's and earning referrals
 
Requirements:
  • Age Max 28 Years
  • Min. S1/D3 with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or preferably Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Account Management, Sales, Communication, Customer Service, Project Management
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Preferably person with passion for Sales with previous working experience in IT Industry
  • Preferably person with the experience and having network in Property Industry
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Able to work with targets
  • Willing to travel out of Jakarta
  • Quickly adapt, having startup attitudes, and willingness to learn & succeed, with personal integrity value
