Job Description :
  • Responsible for day to day customer service operation for Sales Team.
  • Handling complaint, inquiries, request and give comprehensive solution to customers.
  • Update Product Information and Contect on E-Commerce
  • Administration
  • Requirement :
    • Max 25 years old
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree graduate
    • Minimum 1-2 years related experiences in retail or e-commerce
    • Knowledge of retail and e-commerce
    • Qualified with these followings skills set : MS EXCEL
    • Good attitude, Extrovert, Friendly and helpful, good communications skill and having upselling skill will be an advantages
    • Required language(s): English
    • Domicily : South Jakarta
