Responsibilities :
 
The incumbent will take full responsibility in managing complaint team and assisting development & maintenance system for complaint management.  He/she will also be responsible for ensuring all complaints are solved quickly and accurately. Based on complaint trends, he/she is expected to provide report and communicate lesson-learnt to supervisors, business partners, and regulators.

These responsibilities including but not limited to:
  • Directly managing complaint handling management team and the related projects & system.
  • Developing and implementing procedures and policies for complaints handling
  • Developing and delivering education and training in relation to complaints management and customer service  department initiatives
  • Promoting governance development within and ensure feedback to the Customer Service Department
  • Managing complicated complaints and concluding whether legal advice is required on issues related to complaints.
  • Demonstrating awareness and understanding of how regulations and the business of PTCL impact decision-making ability in the customer handling
  • Managing all aspects of customer service (complaint management) related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly support the achievement of strategic objectives
 
Requirements :
 
The successful candidates should at least have minimum requirements as follow:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any majors
  • Minimum 3 (three) years experience in customer facing and/or in complaint management environment, prior experience in life insurance industry would be an advantage
  • Posses good knowledge of business process and life insurance with sound analytical thinking and decision making skill
  • Able to write reports with analysis & action plans
  • Excellent communication skill (English & Bahasa in verbal as well as written)
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skill with strong customer orientation
  • Performance driven and good people management
