Requirement :

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, phone skills, analyzing information, communication skills
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Job Description :
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service question, suggesting information about other product and service
  • Open customer accounts by system account information
  • Maintains customers records by updating account information 
  • Resolves products or service problems by clarifying the customers compalaint ; determining the cause of problems; selecting and explaining the best solutions to solve problem, expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution
  • Coordination with other department related with customer needs
