Job Description:
  • Create Talent Pipeline align with Panarub Group Business Development and  Planning.
  • Develop a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies for Panarub Group and its subsidiaries (plants)
  • Responsible for Talent fulfillment for Panarub Group and its subsidiaries
  • Identify and evaluate talent fall within the Source and Assess stages, and include key practices like candidate relationship management (CRM), semantic and Boolean search, employee referral management, behavioral assessments, and phone/video interviewing etc
  • To maintain momentum built up in the rest of the talent acquisition process in order to convert new hires into engaged employees into a successful and lasting career within the organization
  • Validate annual Manpower Planning and create 5 years Manpower Planning forecast
  • To provide a framework for the recruitment and selection of staff which cover all activities that form part of the recruitment and selection process starts from preparing stage, monitoring the succession planning, availabilities of Role Profile and Person Specification, Advertising, Selection, Referees, Appointment and Induction.
  • To uncover, articulate and define a company’s image, organizational culture, key differentiators, reputation, and products and services in order to help advance the market position of organizations, attract quality candidates and depict what it is truly like to work for the organization
 
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable universities
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managerial level, in similar job or assignment. Preferably from Manufacturing industry with mass recruitment process
  • Having knowledge or exposure in Footwear,  Apparel, Garment industry is an advantage
  • Familiar with Talent Acquisition process, including recruitment process, talent management, manpower planning, employer branding
  • A driven personality, high initiative with passion to select and match "the right people in the right place"
  • Strong sense to acquire talents from internal and external company
  • Maintain a good relationship with peers, organization, and external parties, including candidates
  • Strong leadership with a "can do" attitude
