DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Assist client with any inquiries which are related to the games and account.
  • Create and update ticket on any issues that require resolution on the ticketing system.
  • Provide training for Customer Support trainee.
  • Assist the Supervisor with any tasks that are assigned to the Customer Support.
  • Assist the Customer Support Supervisor and GOCO Officer with any assigned task.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduate of any IT related course
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & oral);
  • Computer skills: basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently and under pressure.
