Your role will be:
Working with our small team to qualify clients over the phone using leads provided by our clients or our internal database.
  • Entry-level position in inside sales and lead generation with growth opportunities.
  • 9 AM - 5.30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Generate leads and set up meetings for clients to meet your goals.
  • Manage contact databases.
  • Execute outbound calls.
  • Participate in career development training.

Must-haves:
  • Proven experience in: telemarketing, sales and/or outbound calling
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent English fluency at business level (near-native) and telephone communication skills
  • Confidence in utilizing computers and new software. 
  • International Exposure is a big advantage (candidates have either studied or worked overseas)
  • No reluctance in making outbound calls to prospective leads.
  • Tech-savvy and understands IT-related technical terms
  • Outspoken with ability to work under pressure
  • Desire to exceed sales targets
  • Passion to talk with prospects to help them improve their businesses
  • Confident and capable in holding a discussion with senior management and decision makers.
  • Highly organized and good reporting skills
