Responsibilities:
  • Achieve target set by the Company.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks and meet time schedules and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism in the execution of daily duties.
  • Make decisions that are guided by and consistent with the company objective, vision and values.
  • Carry out market data analysis, monitor and support sales growth, monitor and advise distribution channel, accommodate their needs, sales activity.
  • Handle complaint & solving problems occurred.
  • Develop and implement of sales strategies.
  • Develop prospect and penetrate new markets.
  • Contribute new ideas in the mission to increase overall sales.
  • Ensure that sales objective is achieved.
  • To ensure the client is familiar with our products and the service provided will be meeting with their requirements.
  • Assess and identify new potential customers to expand distribution network.
  • Complete projects as required by the superior.
  • Visit to distribution channel; communicate with person in charge, sales and marketing manager to have a better understanding on the constraints and challenges and find solution to resolve it.
  • Interact with distribution channel to provide information and assistance in response to their inquiry.
  • Offers Ad-Hoc Group Price to distribution channel based on ROI baseline.
  • Assist in handling compensation plan for affected relocation cruise.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, S1 or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Tourism industry.
  • Good analytical, management and presentation skill.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge in Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Familiar with tourism market in Indonesia.
