Job Summary:
Ensure efficient delivery of service to the guest according to pre-determined standards and specification. This role provides operational support to the outlet manager and coordinates all service delivery details with the venue manager.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be adequately empowered to make decisions in various situations relating to guest complaints, staff issues and other coordinating department issues. Responsible for ensuring that food and beverage sales are properly processed through the electronic register and that all dockets and cash are accounted for in accordance with Hotel Policy and Procedures and to provide service to guests as and when directed by the Restaurant Managers.
Leading the associates to provide excellent service to the guests and achieve department goals and objectives.
  1. Follow Hotel Service Standards to provide service to the guests whenever and wherever encounter the guests in the hotel, own the problems and take initiative to follow up accordingly, regardless of positions and levels. For example, when an Engineering associate sees a guest seeking help on the floor, he/she cannot treat it as a task for HSKP associates only.  The Engineering associate must understand the guest’s problem or needs positively and find out the solution for the guest, and follow up accordingly.
  2. Greet guests and fellow associates in the hotel all the times.
