YHI International Limited is a recognized distributor of high-quality automotive and industnal products, and a familiar and trusted brand name for tyre and in alloy wheels manufacturing as an Original Design Manufacturer (0DM).

PT. YHI Indonesia start its business in 20O7 At the time me company was using other name for some reasons and officially converted to PT. YHI Indonesia in 2010 Our core business is Tyre and Wheel and now we are expanding our product range to Battery for Automotive and some other uses.
 
PT. YHI Indonesia has wide sales channel network for more than 200 customers consists of dealers and retailers. PT YHI Indonesia also roles as OEM replacement tyre supplier for numerous Brand Authorized Sole Agent Car Manufacturer such as Lexus, Toyota, Honda, Nissan and Subaru.)

To ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and maintain a high performance sales team. To effectively identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long term sales and earnings

Responsibilities:
 
  • To perform sales activities on major accounts and pricing strategies in consultation with the immediate superior.
  • To provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate actions to correct when necessary.
  • To formulate and execute agreed sales management, budget control and incentive planning.
  • To achieve the sales results in line with manpower productivity.
  • To recommand Business Planning and Marketing Strategies to improve sales numbers.
  • To partner with the Manager of Corporate and Strategic Accounts in the development of key customer relationship management.
  • To assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolution of any product or service problems may occur.
  • To manage the sales team to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • To be responsible for the sales Of SOtne major accounts or allocated customers.
  • To provide guidance and support sales matter within the sales team.
  • To hold regular meeting with sales team or as and when necessary.

Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 3 years as a National Sales Manager
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking
  • Able to work underpressure
  • Establish good relationship with customer / client
  • Honest, Discipline, good responsibility
