Day to day activity:
  • Create strategy and plan for handling drivers effectively
  • Initiate program for drivers retention and coordinate the team to make sure the program is running well
  • Responsible for handling the drivers operational, including driver’s performance
  • Make sure no fraud from drivers through good relationship and good communication with drivers
  • Responsible for all asset security activity, make sure all units of company are safe and operating well
  • To check the units existency, including phisycal survey to the drivers and check through system
  • Verify credit analyst result and validate the data before deduction
  • Monitoring repossession process is well executed
 
Qualification:
 
  • Bachelor degree preferably with a focus on in Management/ Business studies or equivalent majors
  • Located at or willing to be placed at Makassar
  • Advanced and above in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Fluent in local dialect (plus point)
  • Proven Record of Achieving Revenue Targets
  • Car Rental experience preferred, commercial and marketing experience in related firms (e.g. transport, logistics, technology)
  • Entrepreneurial & resourceful – Able to put on different hats; Goal is to achieve City targets with a “can-do” attitude
  • Able to bridge, connect and maintain relationship with local partners and regulators
  • Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinkin
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and grow the team
  • Strong knowledge of the local market (Strong network within the taxi/transportation industry is preferred)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in similar position
