Responsibility:
  • Create Customer Journey Maps for HCID customers
  • Create and execute Transactional NPS model with the organization to understand customer satisfaction across various touch points.
  • Create and Execute customer surveys to identify potential pain points that can help improve customer experience. (Qualitative and quantitative customer research)
  • Design and Conduct Home Credit customer journey maps across all touch points.
  • Preparing data interpretation, general insights and recommendations based on the customer journey that help in meeting business objectives.
  • Design and execute the customer feedback forms and select the methodology to ensure maximum participation from the customers to gain maximum insights and identify areas of improvement for the business.
  • Coach and mentor other team members in the quality team.
  • Write trends and prepare presentations and case studies on critical customer findings.
  • Work closely with the marketing team with respect to customer insights. 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Work Experience - 4-5 years and above
  • Experience from the market research
  • Experience in qualitative research tools like SPSS
  • Experience in presentation skills
  • English – written and spoken
