  • Project management for all corporate, brand activation events, promotions program / sponsorship and also to coordinate cross-function teams in order to execute corporate activation initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of corporate activation, corporate promotion and partnership, corporate sponsorship & digital support in coordination with direct supervisor, division and agency
  • Supporting direct report related data in order to develop tracking measures / feedback mechanism to actively monitor program effectiveness, consumer response and cost control of the program
  • Implementing project management process to ensure good preparation and execution through cross functional coordination and supervision (CM, division and agencies)
  • Working very closely with all division of ICBP, including brand, sales/trade, corporate communications and also with agency partner (creative agency, brand activation agency,. digital agency and PR agency.
Job Requirements :
  • Min. Bachelor from Marketing/Communication or Food Technology
  • 3-5 years working experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing in FMCG
  • Good proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Good in project management
  • Good in communication
  • Good understanding of consumer activation
  • Good understanding of integrated marketing communication
  • Very good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Well organized, structured, disciplined
  • Team player
  • High motivation
  • Computer literate especially in MS Word, Spread Sheet, Database management, Powerpoint
  • Digital enthusiast
