Position Summary :
  • To sell the company’s products to assigned and new customers in an assigned territory, with the objective of meeting the Company’s sales revenue and income targets. 
  • To increase the Company’s market share with the existing or new products, to expand the product mix sold to customers and to develop excellent knowledge about the customers and their application needs and deliver excellent service
Requirements :
  • Diploma (D3) or Degree (S1) in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field, preferably from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an industrial sales professional, preferably in electrical or automation components and also experienced in retail selling for industrial product.
  • A team player with a ‘can do’ achieving mindset and an outgoing personality, and one who is motivated by challenges.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & a good grasp of the English language, with strengths in some of the following competencies: presenting  & communicating information,  planning & organizing, delivering results & meeting customer expectations, coping with pressures & setbacks, adapting & responding to change, persuading & influencing, following instructions & procedure, commercial thinking.
  • Having an own car will be advantageous.
