    • Age max. 30 years old
    • Min. Bachelor Degree from Management, Psychology, or any related field
    • Minimum 1-2 years work experiences in Human Resource as Performance Management, People Development, or Organization Development
    • Having a good and effective communication with all level and function
    • Having leadership skill
    • Having knowledge about Balance Scorecard
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferable

  • Analyzing and develop talent management (Talent Management Profile, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Competency Based Assessment, etc)
  • Planning, organizing, coordination, monitoring, evaluate, and improve talent management and organization development process
  • Create strategy and procedure for Human Capital
  • Monitoring process of performance management
  • Make modul and schedule for training
  • Build system for performance management itself and organization culture
  • Conduct training need analysis, develop training plan and coordinate the implementation of training programs and ensure the evaluation of employees who have been trainer
